Reading the two fee columns. Banks usually quote the annual fee before GST. The all-in column adds 18% GST to that figure, except where the record states the bank's own figure already includes it — in which case both columns match. Forex markup is the bank's stated percentage; GST applies to that fee too, and each card's own page shows the effective rate.
