The current Schedule of Facilities dated 01-Apr-2026 lists RuPay Classic Debit Card issuance / annual fee as Free. This rule models the zero card fee only and does not generalize to Advantage or other savings variants.

A new or replacement debit card was issued on your account.
How to avoid it
Ask whether a free or virtual card variant is available on your account type. Some banks waive this on salary and premium accounts.
