The bank's figure is before tax, so 18% GST is added on top.
Applies when: Only exact fixed low-value bands are represented. Higher bands use 'per thousand or part thereof' with min/max and remain unmodeled until bounded rounding-aware schema support exists.

How to avoid it
Use NEFT or RTGS where the recipient will accept a transfer. Rates are often lower for senior citizens and at rural branches.
